My 21st Birthday
Hey,
September 12, 2010. Today 21 years ago, September 12 1989, I was born. So this makes my 21st Birthday. Surprisingly I had the best Birthday ever of all birthdays in my life. I am really happy and just contented. I just love the events that took place today.
First of all my Birthday falls on 3rd Syawal which is the 3rd day of Raya. So of-course my family together with my relatives go jalan Raya. So that's 10 families total and that is alot! That also mean I get to spend one whole day with family and relatives - people I love, cherish and treasure most. That alone makes this birthday special and really a blessing and gift from Allah.
Second, upon visiting to other relatives' homes somehow it got to them that it is my birthday. So I get more $$$ and also my uncle played a Birthday piece for me on the Piano! That is really sweet. Touched much! The best yet is the last house for the day which is my aunt's place. Everyone get together, my aunt and uncle cooked for us! That also adds the specialness. Best yet I was suprised with a Birthday cake with lighted candles and everyone was singing the birthday song, clapping and cheering. There were 3 birthday songs in 3 different languanges - english, malay and hindi! How fun was it!
Third, I didn't get sabo! hahaha. Thank goodness! Who wanna be sabo-ed especially when you're wearing baju Raya?! And I'm simply contented, happy and appreciative of the events on my 21st birthday. Really impromtu but everything went perfectly fine. Thank Allah big time for that. And also I love it how I get to be with my big family relative on my 21st Birthday.
So I'm 21 years old now. Reached the 'legal' age finally. Suddenly I feel excited to unravel the world.
